In this case, you can showcase your data skills, while going very briefly through all steps that are required in a full-scale MIcompany project in the few hours that we have. HouseHunters is a website advertising houses. Currently, several real estate agencies offer the houses that are sold through their office. In the future, HouseHunters wants to change their business strategy. They are inspired by the data technology development and they want to become AI-powered brokers. The vision of HouseHunters is that the advertisement of a house can be placed on their website within a day. Currently, it takes several days to obtain the asking price from the appraiser. HouseHunters wants to do this differently: they imagine that they can come over to the house of the client, discuss the house characteristics, put the information in their tablet and the asking price will instantaneously be predicted. They have gathered enough data about houses, and they believe a model can be made to predict the asking price of a house. HouseHunters have reached out to you, to create a model for them to predict the asking price, and to build the user application around it.
