Ever thought building a LEGO car was easy? Think again.

Building a LEGO car sounds simple. You have the parts, the instructions and a clear end goal. What could possibly go wrong?

Quite a lot, as you’ll discover in Emixa’s Configuration Management (CM) Game.

During this interactive workshop, you’ll experience what happens when different teams have to design, plan, build and deliver one product together. Instructions change, information gets lost, teams make different assumptions and suddenly the end result isn’t quite what you expected.

Sounds familiar? The same challenges happen every day in advanced manufacturing. Think about cars, aircraft or complex machinery. Bringing these products to market requires engineers, suppliers, production teams and many others to work together, while designs, requirements and technologies continuously change.

So how do you make sure everyone is working with the right information at the right time?

That’s where Configuration Management comes in.

Through the CM Game, you’ll experience the challenges yourself, discover where things can go wrong and learn how smart processes and collaboration can turn complexity into a product that actually works.
